One of the smartest and kindest physicians I have ever take care of me. He truly cares about the patient, no matter the time of day.
Dr. Heiser spent a long time with me, detailing my options and answering all of my questions. My surgery went very well and I now feel great.
I saw Dr. Heiser for abdominal pain. He didn't do anything for me, wouldn't even give me anything for pain and basically said for me to go home and live with it. I immediately went to another doctor who immediately admitted me to the hospital and removed my appendix. Not only did I have appendicitis, I also had a carcinoid tumor within my appendix. I could have died because Dr. Heiser didn't think anything was really wrong.
I had a hernia and was referred to Dr. Heiser by my doctor. He is very knowledgeable and ensures that you know exactly what the surgery will be like and the ultimate results. One week after my surgery, I was up and about with hardly any pain and little scarring. At the post-op appointment, I was shocked to hear I had a rare type of hernia for a woman and the first he had seen. So considering my condition and the results, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend him!
