The entire office staff were great! Dr. Harmsen was excellent. He was super professional, personable, educated me on my shoulder and options for future treatment if needed. He answered all my questions, took time with me to make sure I understood what was going on with my shoulder. He was on time, he did not order unnecessary imaging or procedures and he made me feel hopeful! Thank you!
I’ve never seen the doctor at any of my appointments. I have always seen the nurse practitioner. I My insurance pays for a doctor I don’t see.
Dr Harmsen has been amazing. Good communication and really takes his time answering all of my questions. Never felt rushed at all. His PA is pretty awesome too! .
Horrible bedside manner, in professionalism between himself and his PA. He can never remember what he tells you from one appointment to the next and then lies about what he originally promised. He is not available the day after surgery when complications arise and won’t speak with you or his PA, whomever is on call regarding issues.
