Dr. Lau and his staff are an excellent health care team, and I am lucky to have them as my providers. I appreciate all that they have done and continue to do for me. Please recognize them for a job very well done. Thank you.
Dr Lau never sees fit to talk with his patients, instead he has his assistant pass on info and bases his own decisions strictly on test results he reads on paper. He also will not explain procedures to his patients, and if you insist he gets rude and snippy with you.
We appreciate Dr. Lao’s, attentiveness, and thorough explanation of conditions and processes. He doesn’t make a patient feel rushed through their appointment and takes the time to answer all questions, and explain procedures.
Dr.Lau saw me both as a patient at Good Samaritan hospital and I have continued on as his patient. He is very thorough, listens, is creative and interested in the full picture of your health. He takes extra time during appointments and has a great response rate online to messages and questions. His team in the office is also quite responsive. He is the first doctor I have had in my lifetime that I feel truly cares and can match that concern with skill and intellect.
Dr. Lau gave me unlimited time, explaining the results of tests thoroughly, and answering my questions. He also gave me general medical information my primary care physician never had. Highly recommend.
Dr Lau is great! I was referred to him for a CardioSEAL implant after a stroke. He wanted to make sure I understood everything regarding my heart condition and the procedure that was going to take place. I recommend him to everyone who needs a heart specialist.
I’m so grateful to have Dr. Lau monitoring my heart/blood pressure issues. He plugged the PFO that was found and now I’m having BP issues that need to be watched. I trust him more than most any doctor I’ve ever had and I’m so glad I found him.
I had problems, Dr Lau had answers. He explained everything so as I could understand the problem, did minor surgery to see if there was something more that could be done and provided medication to correct my problem as best it could be. Very professional, very understanding. Still standing after seeing him in 2010
