I am a relatively new patient with doctor Lau. I needed a new cardiologist after my previous one retired. Dr Lau was recommended highly and I have been extremely satisfied with his knowledge, skills and experience. His personality and communication skills are outstanding. I am highly impressed with Dr Lau's practice.
Everyone was very professional. My needs were met quickly.
Dr Lau was incredibly caring about my health which honestly I haven't really experienced very often. His attention made me want to care more about myself. I appreciate the time he spent with me and how he respected my intelligence. I'm glad he will be my cardiologist.
Dr. Lau and his staff are an excellent health care team, and I am lucky to have them as my providers. I appreciate all that they have done and continue to do for me. Please recognize them for a job very well done. Thank you.
Dr Lau never sees fit to talk with his patients, instead he has his assistant pass on info and bases his own decisions strictly on test results he reads on paper. He also will not explain procedures to his patients, and if you insist he gets rude and snippy with you.
We appreciate Dr. Lao’s, attentiveness, and thorough explanation of conditions and processes. He doesn’t make a patient feel rushed through their appointment and takes the time to answer all questions, and explain procedures.
Dr.Lau saw me both as a patient at Good Samaritan hospital and I have continued on as his patient. He is very thorough, listens, is creative and interested in the full picture of your health. He takes extra time during appointments and has a great response rate online to messages and questions. His team in the office is also quite responsive. He is the first doctor I have had in my lifetime that I feel truly cares and can match that concern with skill and intellect.
