I went to Samuel Kleinberg Jewellers based on recommendations for a high-quality, customer-focused jeweller who could help my wife and me find the perfect engagement and wedding rings, as well as a band for myself. We were also impressed with their custom jewellery options. Lorne was amazing. He was patient, informative, and provided an A++ experience. I’ve had an amazing experience so far working with Donna from Kleinberg Jewelers over the last few months. They are friendly and patient to work with throughout iterative designs. I dropped a ring off for a resizing and to have the stone tightened, and it was returned to me with a massive black scuff and a chip in the gemstone, as you can see in the second picture. The seam is also very visible where the ring was cut and resized. Fortunately, the scuff wiped off, but that is still an insane way to return a ring after a repair. When I mentioned it to the woman when I picked it up, she said “we tried to clean it and that’s just how it was”, which was a lie. I would not recommend this place. They did a h... read more
