I dropped a ring off for a resizing and to have the stone tightened, and it was returned to me with a massive black scuff and a chip in the gemstone, as you can see in the second picture. The seam is also very visible where the ring was cut and resized. Fortunately, the scuff wiped off, but that is still an insane way to return a ring after a repair. When I mentioned it to the woman when I picked it up, she said “we tried to clean it and that’s just how it was”, which was a lie. I would not recommend this place. They did a h... read more

They are the best. I explained him my idea, gave similar photographs and what he made was better than what I imagined it to look like. Many of my boyfriend’s family members have got the ring done from him and they all highly recommended to go with him. I got my engagement ring done and will go again to them for the wedding band. Thank you so much for all the effort, detail and love you put in doing your work.
