I wish more doctors were like Dr. Kallus! I was hesitant to see a male doctor, but Dr. Kallus was definitively the right choice for me. He was kind, compassionate & actually listened. He led me to a diagnosis that has been missed for many, many years. Thank you Dr. Kallus - I highly recommend him!
I’ve been trying to find a younger doctor cause I’m sick of my favorite docs retiring on me. My doctor who retired referred me to Dr. Kallus, assuring me he would fill his shoes. When I saw him, he refused to prescribe anything but biologics and doubted my current medicine was helping when I told him it was and implied it was placebo. I have really enjoyed being a patient of Samuel Kallus. He has worked to help me with a complex, confusing illness. I have improved with my situation, but must continue to be diligent in my care. Throughout the many months being in his care I have enjoyed his empathetic and caring personality, his ability to explain the details of my problem, and, most importantly, to try to understand the individual person...to approach the patient with an wholistic attitude.
