professional and caring....
We came in for a scheduled appointment and waited 2.5 hours before seeing the doctor. Staff was impatient. I had chronic tonsillitis with 10+ infections a year and asked about a tonsillectomy. He told me I'd need 6+ documented instances of infections and symptoms of sleep apnea before I was elligable (which is nonsense). I suffered through that advice for months before going to another doctor who immediately recognized my condition and took them out the next week. Haven't gotten sick since.
My experience was great. Everyone on the staff was very helpful. Dr. Kraseman answered all my questions about my ear problems.
Dr. Girgis rocks. I was scared to death of this procedure. Everyone I came into contact with in his office was knowledgeable, efficient and reassuring. Dr. Girgis was referred by two friends in the medical field. His knowledge, confidence and the fact that he spoke to me in a way that I completely understood made me feel much better about surgery. Dr Girgis is very professional from start to finish, took his time to explain the issue, will have a surgery with him coming up. Looses the start for the long wait time (that was 40 minutes)

Dr Girgis is a total outstanding doctor. One of the best ever. Many years ago he resolved a health problem for me so i live such a wonderful life. He is so caring, concerned about all his patients. Great staff too. Highly reccomend.
