Very caring, professional team of physicians, nurses, and administrative staff. All examinations are thorough and everything is explained clearly. Convenient hours and they offer same-day appointments.
His staff are friendly and professional. Drs. Girgis and Thomas are trustworthy with their diagnosis and feedbacks. I opted out the CPAP and went with surgeries.
I greatly appreciated the fact that Dr. Girgis took his time with me as a new patient. I have gone to numerous doctors in the past and most seemed to spend as little time as possible reviewing my medical history Dr. Girgis explained to me what he believes a course of action should be and why. He was extremely patient and never seemed rushed.
This is a terrific practice where everyone is friendly, caring and professional. I saw one of the physicians for the first time recently on an emergency/same-day basis and he was terrific. I appreciate the high-quality care that they provide.
Dr. Girgis and his team are excellent. They take good care of their patients with empathy, compassion, and care. If you're having ear, nose, and/or throat issues, go see Dr. Girgis. He's the best.
The doctors make you feel like a person and actually listen to what you have to say. Dr. Kraseman is very concerned on your medical needs. I recomend 100% Dr. Girgis and his staff.
I promise you, you will love Dr. Girgis and his staff this old time care where they don't rush you they listen and come up with a plan to make you feel great again. Best decision I have ever made coming here I suffered with sinus infections so bad and I am now a new person because of Dr Girgis because of him I can breath again sleep better feel better more energy I can go on and on please call and make an appt
I haven't seen him in years when I called they got me in the very next day. He took care of everything and he personally called me two days later to see how I was feeling on the new medication. She personally not a patient assistant or nurse practitioner he called me himself what great customer service. I could I would give him 10 Stars if I could. Not many with that type of compassion left anymore.
I called because I had been suffering with acid re flux and difficulty breathing for a long time. They made me an appointment right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Casey. He was thorough, informative and answered all my questions. He prescribed some medication for my acid re flux and nasal spray for my breathing. As soon as I took the medicine, my acid re flux was gone! My breathing is better, and I feel great. I should have called sooner. Dr. Casey is amazing!
