Samuel Hornes is a great intimate spot with great food and beer. Sat and Fridays it bee packed. French Dip with blue cheese and onions was epic!
First off, I'm a little biased because my friends and I have been meeting here for years and there's nostalgia involved. That being said, if you want excellent bar food and craft beer on historic Folsom's Sutter Street, come here. Great burgers, and if you have a big appetite, try the turkey burger with the spicy sauce; the patty is huge and the flavor is bigger. Always trade the fries for tater tots, because they are perfection, and tot variations always please. My two cents...
Nice little tavern with an ever changing list of beers on tap and great food and awesome employees.
We were looking for a new spot to meet my mother-in-law for lunch in Folsom. Needed to have good eats and a good beer selection. SHT was well reviewed on Yelp so we gave it a try. Everyone enjoyed their lunch (Cooty burger, Spinach salad, BLT, and hot dog). The tater tots covered in chili Colorado was a hit! We're the dark, malty beer types and they had 3 options. We'll definitely go back!
