Dr. Hyatt and his entire crew are truly the real deal. I went in so embarrassed and anxious about my teeth and so far the experience has been beyond my expectations. I have a lot more work to be done, but I am beyond happy.. All the fear is gone and I can't wait to show off my smile.
I have hypoplasia, which is malformation of teeth enamel when I was growing up. Because of my hypoplasia I have always been very careful with my teeth, brushing it at least 3x a day and flossing, as well as regular cleanings and dentist visits (every 6 months). I have been a patient of Dr. Hayatt's for about 5 years now. I Google'd his name a couple of days ago to get their number to call and confirm my up coming appointment I had today. When I got to the Google page he was on, I also noticed all the reviews and decided to read them. Do not waste your time or money here! From the very start, I did not get a sense that I was a valued patient, I was just another person to be rushed through. My appointment was at the end of the time, and they had requested that I arrive 15 minutes early to fill in paperwork. That was fine, so I arrived at the time they specified, and just as I walk in, the receptionist says "There you are, I just left you a voicemail".
