WARNING! Absolutely the worst front desk in any medical practice out there! Going to Dr. Steinmetz for over 30 years and have referred SO many people. They sent me a statement for a large amount for services that I did not have! They made a mistake!! When I called to explain and to verify they say that I have to call back 5 days later to explain to the billing person. My local pharmacy and I were both struggling to reach this office about my prescription. It is terrible that a patient and pharmacy cannot get in contact with their provider when they're in urgent need of care. Would not recommend.
A week ago the primary doctor referred me to this doctor. I've been trying to make an appointment for days and it's been three times since he canceled it. I call reception and they never answer and they don't call me back either. They are very inattentive and the doctor only cancels and cancels the appointment. It's a tragedy, I don't know what to do!!
Talk about attitude! The front desk staff is abrasive and has such an unprofessional condescending demeanor. I’m sure he’s a good doctor, but the front desk staff is so unpleasant to deal with. It has happened in more than one occasion. Amanda could use some additional training on how to professionally address Dr. Steinmetz’ potential new patients. Im glad I caught this upfront.
Dr Steinmetz is great! Always in and checking out before my scheduled appointment time!
