Dr Steinmetz and his team run a tight, no nonsense, smooth and friendly practice. Not sure if this is the compliment I intend but they are a little quirky which i really like. They have been etremely helpful with scheduling, answering questions, just working with me. Dr Steinmetz is confidednt and competent, i trust him. This group is good people. Highly recommend.
WARNING! Absolutely the worst front desk in any medical practice out there! Going to Dr. Steinmetz for over 30 years and have referred SO many people. They sent me a statement for a large amount for services that I did not have! They made a mistake!! When I called to explain and to verify they say that I have to call back 5 days later to explain to the billing person. I asked if they could take notes so when the person calling me or if I have to call them back 5 days from now will review and it could be a quick fix. THEY SAI... read more

My local pharmacy and I were both struggling to reach this office about my prescription. It is terrible that a patient and pharmacy cannot get in contact with their provider when they're in urgent need of care. Would not recommend.
A week ago the primary doctor referred me to this doctor. I've been trying to make an appointment for days and it's been three times since he canceled it. I call reception and they never answer and they don't call me back either. They are very inattentive and the doctor only cancels and cancels the appointment. It's a tragedy, I don't know what to do!!
