A week ago the primary doctor referred me to this doctor. I've been trying to make an appointment for days and it's been three times since he canceled it. I call reception and they never answer and they don't call me back either. They are very inattentive and the doctor only cancels and cancels the appointment. It's a tragedy, I don't know what to do!!
Talk about attitude! The front desk staff is abrasive and has such an unprofessional condescending demeanor. I’m sure he’s a good doctor, but the front desk staff is so unpleasant to deal with. It has happened in more than one occasion. Amanda could use some additional training on how to professionally address Dr. Steinmetz’ potential new patients. Im glad I caught this upfront.
Dr Steinmetz is great! Always in and checking out before my scheduled appointment time!
My son is a new patient of Dr. Steinmetz. His acne is pretty severe. After 2 visits we are seeing an improvement. We still have a ways to go but we are very happy with the treatment plan so far. Everyone in the office is very friendly.
I had been a patient for years, naively trusting in a standard treatment with limited updates to the progress of the condition. Most recently, this ongoing treatment was re-classified in billing with no communication to double the invoiced cost of the procedure. The office's argument was a change in "extensiveness" of treatment which I can attest was not the case, but even if this was the doctor's subjective opinion, he or his office did not find it necessary to be transparent of the change.
