I requested a telederm appt and stated that I was in extreme pain last Wednesday. Friday I had to call to try to book an appointment because the telehealth system failed. I booked an appointment at 3pm Monday, never received the email with instructions. I called the office twice asking for the email with the link to the meeting. They said Dr Goos would call.
