I loved Dr Cannon very comforting i was having issues seeing and i was really scared love the way he explained everything and the young Ladies that work there are really nice my eyesight isnt back to normal but so much better he is going to be the only eye dr ill ever be seeing again love my new glasses too
Dr. Canon is a great Optometrist. I did not feel as if I were being rushed through an appointment. He took the time to answer all of my questions. His office staff is also amazing! I found the perfect pair of glasses and they found me the best deal on the extras I wanted added to my lenses. I usually end up spending around $500 on frames and lenses. At his office, I walked away paying $138. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
Dr. Canon correctly diagnosed my mother, then persuaded her reluctant physician to order an immediate MRI which revealed a rare brain tumor on the pituitary. Dr. Canon saved her life.
Horrible experience with this office! Shady billing practices, horrible customer service! They charged new patient exams two years in a row, which insurance will not pay for. Explained this to the office staff - they will not change their code to an established patient code. Never got my prescription right so that I could wear my overpriced glasses! My husband also had problems with getting correct prescription for contacts! Will not be returning!! i do not trust this office at all!
