I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Samuel Lien. As a patient coming from out of the country, the process was seamless from start to finish (3 in-person visits + 1 pre op and 1 post op phone call). He listened, understood my goals, gave honest and realistic feedback and provided a level of care I've never experienced with his team at Providence Medical Centre. I am thrilled with my result after having him perform a breast vision and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to have this procedure done!
Dr. Lien is so kind. At the worst time of my life his style of care was so comforting. My breast reconstruction and reduction have turned out beautifully. In addition, the whole staff are very professional as well. Thank you for caring for me at a difficult time in my life.
Dr Lien was exceptional! He was thorough, kind and highly skilled. Every question and concern was answered with patience and honesty. I felt well prepared for the entire surgical and recovery process. My procedures were upper, lower Bleuph, SMAS facelift, and a necklift. The results were just as expected - refreshed while still looking natural. Highly recommended for exceptional surgical skills paired with a kind and caring manner.
I could not be happier with my results! Dr. Lien made the whole process easy as pie and was very professional without being detached. Every question I had about my surgery was answered and I never felt unheard or uneasy about anything, I 100% recommend him both for bedside manner and surgical prowess! I'd also love to shout out the staff/team who were just as enjoyable and aided the experience.

From the first consultation to the last post-op appointment, there was excellent communication, organization, and kindness throughout. Even when I experienced a small setback after surgery, it was all still so well taken care of and I felt very supported. I highly recommend this team!
