Had an appointment a year in advance and then got a phone call from the office 30 mins before the appointment that the address has changed to another location 20 mins away. No explanation or apology.
Dr. Bae and his team provided an outstanding experience. He has an excellent bedside manner, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made me feel heard throughout the visit. His staff was friendly, incredibly thorough, and very efficient, making the entire appointment seamless. I highly recommend Dr. Bae and his team!
