Lisa T. (I won’t say her full name) is very rude and I won’t be returning. There are way better places to get your hair done.
My hairs were damaged by this salon. I went for permanent straightening and the chemical burned my front hairs. Now, when I am going to other salons for getting solution for my hair, they told me this is because they left chemical for a longer time which completely damages my hair. Though they gave me some complimentary sessions and then said we can not do anything else. If they damage my hairs either they should refund me or correct my damaged hairs. Highly disappointed.
