Worst management company to do business with. Would recommend finding a different building and/or company to rent from.
I have not had gas in almost 2 months. Samson has not been responsive. I have left voicemails and have gotten zero calls back. 2 N Broadway is disgusting. It should be condemned. The superintendent in the building is horrible. Still do not have a screen in my window. Had cockroaches since the day I moved in. Kitchen is falling apart. I DO NOT RECCOMEND renting from this management company.
