Completely unresponsive and incompetent. I'm still suffering the consequences of their crappy work. Avoid them at all costs!!
I have not had gas in almost 2 months. Samson has not been responsive. I have left voicemails and have gotten zero calls back. 2 N Broadway is disgusting. It should be condemned. The superintendent in the building is horrible. Still do not have a screen in my window. Had cockroaches since the day I moved in. Kitchen is falling apart. I DO NOT RECCOMEND renting from this management company.
Terrible customer service by property manager Barry. He claims he's trying to run 15 buildings and it gets difficult. I'm sorry but since when is YOUR job MY problem. MY problems are roaches and water leaks in my apartment and his only response is I'm sorry I'm doing everything I can. I really hope he's tending to the roof problem / another tenants Sheetrock falling out of ceiling this week after storm since clearly last year when that happened they never bothered to fix the roof.
