My rear wiper was in bad shape, but fully functional. After the wash, it was hanging and broken. I fixed it immediately and filled out a damage report. They didn't want to take responsibility or pay for the damage because they said the wiper looked rusted and had no cap protection. They gave me five free top-washes. I still wonder if this was the best solution.
