I have never received such bad customer service from an establishment until I rolled upon Sam's Tires and Auto Repair on 1307 S. Monroe Street Tallahassee, FL 32307. He is very unprofessional and his staff is careless. One of his workers broke my key and now he refuses to pay for it. He also diagnosed a part on my car to be broken when in actuality there was nothing wrong with it. Wonderful walked in holding my tire and he dropped everything and ran over never expected such great service and wonderful prices!
Purchased a tire that was dry rotted that Sam himself said was a good tire. Misleading liars who didn't fix the problem. I had to go elsewhere and get a good tire.
