There are some good deals to be had at this bar. Plenty of screens to view sports games. The major complaint I've had after going to Sam's 3 times is that the service can be super hit & miss, especially on gameday. My group had a couple mistakes in orders come out. They were not charged for the mistakes, but it meant a delay of ~15 minutes for their meals (and we were all pretty hungry to begin with). We held a large charity event here, the management hired a 3rd party security firm for the event and the security was causing more issues than the drunk people. I have been there on other occasions and had to wait for 30 mins for the staff to even come over and say hello. Their food was overpriced for the "quality" their drinks prices are high enough that the bar should be located in Downtown Seattle. Terrible place! Service is weak at best. Management has no idea what they are doing and are a bunch of amateurs!!! Food is that of a cafeteria, yuck. Be careful not to park to far to the left or right because the parking lot Nazis will have your car towed! Avoid at all costs and spend your money somewhere else!
NO HEAT! Wear a warm coat everyone else was even the bartenders.....the 4 space heaters were not enough to heat it. Ok when it first opened the food was fantastic everything was made fresh but now you could make better at home! The chicken nachos were gas station quality. The atmosphere is fantastic. So eat someplace else. Drink and dance there.
Last night I went to Sam's to watch the Hawk's game with The Barbershop. I was greeted warmly by Sam himself and seated. The waitresses were excellent and nice (they were super busy!) Food was delicious. The crowd was awesome even the few Charger fans were respectful. I will for sure tell friends to spend an evenin or two at Sam's and I will be going back for more fun!
