Awesome place to eat, great staff. Best part of the experience was that Sam's decided to host some entertainment for the night. The magic man killed it. Unbelievable talent right at your table while you wait for your dinner. Family friendly entertainment. Added bonus to an already great night.
This place is by far unorganized and good. Never going to this place again. My girlfriend and I made reservations 3 days before Valentine's Day just to go in and have our names not be on the list, their response was "oh, she might have wrote it on a post it note and forgot to add it to the list".. then tried to stick us in the smallest table in the place. 2 of us for dinner. her: chicken marsala, me: sirloin, med-rare. hers: gigantic and seved hot. mine: cold and less than rare. sent it back and it came back hot, tough, grisly and RARE. service was OK but i will NEVER go back.
The service was extremely disappointing. The place was quiet when we arrived for our 3:00 reservation. Drinks and appetizers took forever to come out and after 50 minutes half the order came out. They were out of ketchup bottles, forgot barbecue sauce with our order, we had to ask twice for a booster for my daughter, and they totally forgot the kids meal I ordered for my son.
