Ordered a deluxe arrangement and paid over $100 including delivery. Delivery looked nothing like photo on website. I was very disappointed. Called and left message for manager to contact me. Also sent an email with photos. No one has bothered to contact me. They lost my future business forever. I will go to Viviano's in the future. Shown are an actual picture of what was delivered and a picture of what was ordered. The pictures speak for themselves.
I’m a truck driver and was away from my wife, so I wanted to send her a beautiful bouquet for her birthday. I ordered a nice bouquet for $150, plus $25 for delivery and an additional $10 charge that I still don’t know what it was for. When the bouquet arrived at the house, I was very disappointed. Rude. Obviously didn't want the business. I get being busy but you don't have to be so rude huffing and puffing and rushing me out the door. They don't have to worry I will never return! ***UPDATE**** the owners response to my review is false. No idea what that response was! I was IN THE STORE spoke to 2 women the older of the 2 was the rude one! Probably the owner. Im all for supporting small business but based off even other reviews not just this one GO ELSEWHERE!***
