I placed an order for my wife's birthday and they accidentally delivered it a day early. They called apologizing and offered to send another bouquet the next day but I said no big deal it happens we're all human. They still delivered it - an equally beautiful arrangement! They went way beyond expectations to treat their customers right and I will only use them from now on 💐
Ordered a flower arrangement from here and what they delivered for the amount they charged me was horrible. It was small and not worth the price I paid. Will not be doing business here anymore.
Would love to give zero stars. Ordered my mother flowers and paid for premium, what was pictured for premium vs what my mother received. Called to speak to someone and they just basically said I'm out of luck via the manager. Offered no other option and told me merry Christmas. Will not recommend them nor use this business again. Horrible customer service.
Sent a Christmas floral arrangement (premium "Holiday Splendor" arrangement) to an elderly friend who is like a second mother to us. What was received by my friend was definitely NOT a "premium" arrangement. First photo is photo from Sam's Florist website (i.e., what was expected). Second and third photos are of the arrangement received today (i.e., what was received). Clearly, one is not like the others. Lots of greenery for $89.95 plus taxes/delivery. Dismal.
