I went to Sams Family Dental Care on 82nd Street in Jackson Heights, NY, because everyday their guys distribute leaflets below the 82nd Street Subway station written in enlarged red color font the word "FREE-electric toothbrush and bleaching kit". When I went for appointment, I double checked with the receptionist, who said you'll get it when you come for first service.
