Purchased brand new tires and had them installed here, picked up my car only to find out one of the new tires was flat due to an employee inserting the inner tube stem improperly. After speaking with another employee he was able to replace the stem. Upon inspecting my car further I found my new tires installed along with new scratches on the side of my car.
