Expect to go way out of your way only to have to come back and do it again. Bad manager. As far as I can see this tire center does nothing but look for ways get out of work. Try calling: they will not answer the phone, refuse service when you schedule appointments and won't take off the lug nuts. Maybe if they picked up the phone you could find out in advance that they will refuse service for tires you already ordered because they can't loosen the same lugnuts that 15 other mechanics have removed with no problem and no compl... read more
Employees are zero help. Tried to order me special sized tires because he didn’t know what he was doing. Took the tablet from him and ordered the correct tires
I can't even begin to explain how thankful I am for Faustino and Nancy in the Tire and Battery department of Sam's Club. After having a bad experience previously with another associate, I called Sam's club back and spoke with Faustino. Not only did he apologize for another associates mistreatment to me, he went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure that we were taken care of, he also asked me "What can I do to bring you back & make things right?"
