I just want to say what a difference it makes when you have a manager (Ivan) and a crew (Tristan and Ty) that actually give a damn! Great customer service after the sell not just during the sale! Thanks again Ivan and crew!
Install was a bit lengthy, but the service people are always friendly. Even got a nail shortly after getting new tires and the fit me in same day to patch and repair the tire.
Best price guarantee ( compared with Costco, auto zone or any other place)
Worst customer service. They never pick up the phone, or just pick up and then hang up. On another occasion, they scratch my wheel real bad and denied it. Lucky I took pictures of all my wheels before the service. Lot's of run around before get them to pay for the repaint.
