Came to get new tires installed and asked them to replace a TPMS sensor. They told me that one of the other ones tested "bad" and urged me to replace that one as well. I folded cause it was only another 40 bucks. Well they call me an hour later to say that a 3rd sensor now "went bad" and asked if id like to replace it. I said no, seeing as I had 3 working sensors when I went in. I went to pick up my vehicle and after driving off the lot I see that NONE of my TPMS sensors are reading on the vehicle. Complete attitude problems from tire employees horrible customer service
Make sure you check your tire pressure after getting service. The overinflated my tires to 40 psi when they are supposed to be 32. Especially in Winter you don't want your tires overinflated
Store not always organized, Slow to checkout and leave store. Took 10+ min to leave the store because the people scanning your purchases to let you out the door did not know they were doing. Dialed tire dept, got pharmacy, they sent me to tires, rang to front desk, no answer after many rings, call dropped, dial tone. Tire dept very good, once an appointment is made by call center. Tire call center usually works well. Can not call tire dept directly? Have bought a lot of tires over 25+ years, like Sam's tire dept. a lot.
