This department makes their own hours and decisions. It’s unfortunate that I’ve had to travel nearly 40 minutes and they were closed early “due to staff shortages”. Also this location does not install batteries located in the trunk or it could have been just mine. Just go to another location. 0 stars for poor service

Worst experience ever, older white man who manages the tire service was the meanest rudest person - Sam’s Club needs to fire him - after experiencing him I decided that I would not be buying new tires from Adam’s Club - I walked out and went to National Tire and Battery - surprisingly I got better tires better respectable service at a better price. The manager was a rude ignorant jerk - thinking of never going to Sam’s Club again as a result of his rude attitude.

Booked an apt for 4 new tires. Called in ADVANCE to make sure they had them and make an apt. Left the car at the apt and Ubered home since they said it would take an hour and 1/2 to put them on. 2 hours go by and we get a phone call saying they had bad news and good news and the bad news is they only have 2 tires and didn’t put them on. They offered no discount, barely an apology and we left with no tires before driving in a snow storm to see family for the holidays. Unorganized and not customer forward.

Rude service at the front desk, followed by poor service. The car left in a worse condition then it went in, and they still charged the full amount. Embarrassing, new training and staffing is highly recommended - I would go else where, not here.

I always get tire services from Sam’s Club, just never from this specific one before. I scheduled a tire rotation and tpms sensor replacement for 2 tires, and asked the tech if I can bring OE sensors. Was told this would be fine. When I arrived, a very rude woman claiming to be the supervisor refused to allow me provide my own sensors, which are the ones specifically meant for my vehicle.
