I always get tire services from Sam’s Club, just never from this specific one before. I scheduled a tire rotation and tpms sensor replacement for 2 tires, and asked the tech if I can bring OE sensors. Was told this would be fine. When I arrived, a very rude woman claiming to be the supervisor refused to allow me provide my own sensors, which are the ones specifically meant for my vehicle. I booked an appointment with the Sam's Club tire center over the phone. 15 minutes before my 3:00 appointment, I was notified that they had double booked my appointment time, and I wouldn't be able to come in until 5:00. When I arrived at 5:00, the man at the front desk told me that I only needed 2 tires and they did not carry the existing brand of tire that I had on my car. Disappointing. Never talked to anyone from the tire department. Spoke with a oriental woman probably a answering service.

They were prompt and helped me when the wrong tires were ordered for my Toyota Sienna. Booking an appointment can be difficult. Don't go through the call center, though. Nancy was a great help when I just walked in to the Sam's Club Store. Later when I had a screw in my tire, they ordered me a new one and had it on in 45 minutes (even though fully booked and understaffed). -The "Run Flat" Guy

Awesome staff, very knowledgable and prompt. Had two flat tires in back to back months. I was able to walk in and get back on the road in the time it took to grab a slice of pizza. Thank you.
