If I could rate this experience as ZERO I would. We had a noon tire appointment today for new tires on a Wagoneer. It was nearly 3pm when they were done. We got in the car to leave and the tire pressure was not correct. We had to go back around and they added air but didn't have the sensors programed to the correct tires. So now it is after 3pm and I have a 4 week old baby and another child with me, $400 of cold and frozen groceries thawing, and still an hour drive home. Rick was very helpful and kind! I got 4 new tires, service was very quick.
Great and fast service
I came in with a problem with a tire. Carlos was very helpful. Was able to squeeze me in and fix my tire. No charge since I had bought the tires from Sam's club in Hilliard. Carlos did a great job !! He's a hard worker !!
