I came in with a problem with a tire. Carlos was very helpful. Was able to squeeze me in and fix my tire. No charge since I had bought the tires from Sam's club in Hilliard. Carlos did a great job !! He's a hard worker !!
Go anywhere but here
The Reynoldsburg location stopped my lug nut/stud. The tire technician claimed the lug nut was already stopped before I came in to get a tire balanced and rotation. The thing is they were the ones to work on my car last (the past several times actually). They refused to take responsibility and blamed it on me. I will be contacting corporate.
Friendly service. Usually pretty fast. I have never had a bad experience there. The battery selection is somewhat limited but the prices and service are really good.
