This is my 2nd time visiting this location and they are great! I called to get my tire fixed/ replaced as I had a nail in it. When I arrived, they estimated my time to be about 2 hours - I was out within 45 minutes! They are efficient, kind & I am thankful they were able to help me today right before the holiday. I will definitely be back. Best location I’ve been to in the area :)
They don't answer the phone and send you to call center where you hold for 30 minutes or I just hang up. Bad service! If you own a business answer the phone!
Why is it, in 2024, they still make us give these undeserved stars? If you don't want to be at work, stay home. If you don't like your job, go get another job. The customer care here is nonexistent and even that assesment may be too kind. I'm going to need Sam's club to require more of their hiring staff or at least invest in training that is meaningful. The service and everything was great , however giving it 4 stars because the 4 tires i got all looked dusty on its sides . Normally when you install brand new tires it has that black shine that this did not. The tire tread was good but this look disappointed me. Cus no matter how much you wash it that look doesnt come. But going to appreciate the service and all . Got good year assurance max life $145 for 4 tires and tax fees everything came down to $573 after the discounts .
