Absolute joke for a Tire and Battery center. The laziest employees I have ever come across. Forget communication, these guys don't even have a sense of manners or etiquette.
Tire shop only does the most basic repairs. Wouldn’t repair small mower tire tube - “we have patches, but can’t do it”. I took to Todd’s tire and they said, “yep, we can patch it”. Consistently over the years, Sam’s can’t or won’t do the repairs. I think they look for reasons to say no. Don’t become a member for the tire shop. I recommend Todd’s tire down the road
I used to work at Sam's club in Omaha doing tires, we were the only Sam's club in Omaha at the time. We were always busy, but never once turned away a customer and said we were to busy. I would never recommend the St Joseph Sam's club for tires, these guys are very unprofessional and have the worst attitude!
