Very rude and they don't want to do their job. They told us they were too busy to get to us and there wasn't anyone in the bays. Took our car down the road to Tate Boys and got right in and they were very nice!!

I was able to order the tires I wanted on the Sam's Club web site. The price was great, and they arrived at the Owasso location in only two days. I scheduled an appointment, and the tires were installed quickly and correctly. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful employees.
