We are VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SAMS CLUB !!!! MY FUTURE WIFE JACQUELINE BALDASSARI WAS A BIG FAN OF YOURS !! UNTIL U CLOSED THE PRINCETON LOCATION ! THEN HAD DRIVE OVER 1 HR TO FREEHOLD!! This Past Monday THE ONLY REASON WE STILL HAVE MEMBER IS FOR FRESH ORANGE JUICE SWEEZE !!! THERE WAS NONE!!! SO WE CANCELLED OUR MEMBERSHIP WERE DONE!!!!
First time coming to this location after my preferred location closed. HORRIBLE customer service given at the register. Once you offer something to a customer and they have replied "no" you should stop insisting and stop saying unnecessary comments to the customer. NOT A FRIENDLY WELCOMING I might reconsider the Costco and BJ offers.
I love the sams club in freehold , and love the employees, I always say I feel like I know them all because they are so personable and friendly . From the guy or woman at the door to the cashiers .
