Just wanted to give a HUGE thank you to all of the Sam’s Club employees who are working extra hard these last few weeks! Went in today, store was IMMACULATELY clean, staff was super friendly! I was able to get everything on my list in under an hour. Scan and Go is the best thing ever as well!
Thank you to all the employees at Sam’s Club Freehold! I work for a behavioral health agency and during this coronavirus chaos it has been difficult to do normal shopping for my group homes. But thanks to you guys I was able to get what I needed! Not only was I able to get everything, but it was very organized and all employees had great attitudes! Thanks so much for making it a great experience all around! Keep up the great work!
Customer service is polite and friendly. No long lines.
Went to the store to get food handling gloves. Only had one package left and it was damaged. It was a 4 pack and one of the packs was damaged and not usable. Went to customer service and was told I could have 10% off. 25% of the package was damaged and unusable. One of the boxes was cut open and into the gloves making them no longer sanitary so 25% of the item was garbage. I tried to explain this and was told 10% off that’s it. You stopped carrying Easy mac and our canned cat food was replaced by Members mark, which we bought but the cats wont eat it and Antibacterial Palmolive . Whoever is in purchasing is systematically eliminating everything we buy.
