For the most part I've only had good experiences here...the one bad experience was horrible and will forever taint my opinion of Sam's club...may even push me to move my membership to Costco. I ordered a full sheet cake for a retirement party 2 weeks in advance. Called the night before to verify it would be ready for pick up at 7am. People who does not appreciate the job that the company gives are not supposed to be on the floor working. Her face looks like she is so ready to go home and enough of her job. I had difficulties separating the carts because they all somehow stuck to each other, and there she is looking at me doing nothing. I dont care if u dont want to help me but at least say hi and dont look at me funny. I rarely give bad review but here i am in sams clubs parking lot cant wait to post this. Smh
