Been a member since 2008 and even worked at one in NY many years ago. Today, I had the worst experience ever at the Club on Calvary Road in Raleigh NC. The cashier would not move an inch. It was as if her feet were glued to the floor. She would not reach for my card as I carefully removed my 3-year old from the cart. Then when I asked why she was placing my items at end of counter instead of in cart, she rudely said because the cart is over there.
