Ordered the Christmas Unicorn cake for my granddaughters birthday party. My daughter picked the cake up and was so disappointed. We had no choice but to take the cake because it was too late to choose another option. Below is a picture of the advertised cake and what our actual cake looked like. We live 1 hour and 30 min away. Contacting the store manager today. I hope he/she can resolve this issue.
Save yourself the headache and slow service. Drive the dew extra miles and go to the wake forest store. Club pick up should not be offered at this location. Actually tested it. I ordered online to pick up. Friend took the same list and shopped for it. She was done and our the door before my order reached the front to me. Ridiculous. The store should be closed
