Durham gas station manager Jodi and staff are great employess. On sept 20th during the gas crisis we arrived from out of state unaware of fuel shortage fuel tank on empty. One employee called over to Jodi and she kindly let us try to get what mayb left. Thanks to her we got gas to continue on our way and were very thankful as my huband was running low on medication(insulin dependent) .Sams club certainly has a considerate gas station manger. Thanks Jodi glad we are members.
The selection of merchandise is similar to CostCo, but the line at the cashier stinks. Plus, they are more expensive than them. Even though Sam's is close, all I usually get is gas, I would rather go to CostCo. And I hate the idea of supporting the Walton family.
The reason I didn't like the Durham store is because wait times at the register are always long. In addition, seems there are more shopping carts in the parking lot. Overall I get the impression that there is a lack of organizing and poor management.
