Tire Manager was as sharp as a mashed potato sandwich. 3 hours to plug my tire and they weren’t hardly busy at all. As slow as the workers were there must of been spilled molasses on the floor. They claimed my Van type RV wouldn’t fit through garage door even though it’s been in Sam’s Tire shops all over the US. He said they tried but my vehicle wasn’t moved from where I parked it ???? Nothing! I hate that store. I hate that that closes down the one in Morrisville.
it has never been my favorite place to shop, because they do not carry a lot of the products I am used to get, at Sam's Cub. I miss the Sam's Club at 540/Miami. I was at the 4005 store today,:I found products past expiration, To make shelf's look full, the same product was placed in several places. I asked for a product and it is 2 isles down on the right, yeah right, it was 3 isles on the left, and then there was an empty space, it was out of stock. Really? . Two hours to get napkins, soda machine and tea working, staff in the food court and never did get lids for the drinks. Manager? Called four times and sent a young fella to address everyone complaining and asking for a manager. Poor fella didn’t even know where supplies were nor was he paid to deal with unhappy customers. CORP? Yet another fail on getting a better response as they want you to call the 800# which tells you to live chat who tells you to call the 800#. Proof? Sam's Club is a great place to shop. But, being a cheesecake chef that only uses Philadelphia Cream Cheese, they lost my vote when they discontinued the 48oz logs & began selling another brand of 48oz logs. I now drive from middle Durham to Morrisville for these logs, but you have to do what you have to do for your product to have perfect results.
I love Sam's club but we went to this location today and the cashier we delt with was extremely rude.
