I was planning to join today. I've called 7 times and after the phone ringing 2-3 minutes each time I finally got an answer. When I did finally get an answer the lady would transfer me and NO ONE would pick up! This is ridiculous. To have such a large company. There should be people there to answer calls and questions. I'm now headed 3 times further to Costco and going to join there because they were prompt to answer and get me the answer I needed.
