the bathrooms smell like piss! the food court is understaffed not to mention they are rude and slow to the core! The table and condiment areas are DISGUSTINGLY dirty! I'm done with Sam's! I'M GOING TO COSTCO!
Customer Service is non existent in this place. It’s seems like we are not paying for a service but asking for a favor. The cashier today at the food court tells my husband, while he is attempting to order some slices of pizza with pepperoni that she does not know what pizzas are being made as she does not work in that department “Oven.”
