I always enjoyed shopping Sam's club until we went in and they have removed half of the checkouts and replaced them with self check and only having 1 checkout open. Looking for a new place to shop
We purchased a Serta mattress through Sams on line with the belief we would be getting 400 dollars back in e cards to our local sams store in cape . After calling we have received 300. But they are saying we don’t get the other hundred. I am going to return this bed and report them to BBB for misleading advertising!
Kinda upset that the items I wanted to purchase that I saw on your website specifically for this location either weren't in stock or you were no longer carrying them, especially since I've purchased them here previously. Disappointed and frustrated to say the least...�
Not happy! We often shop at our Cape Girardeau SAMs Club and are pleased with it. But on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, we were charged for a membership upgrade that we did not request! We were not asked! At the top of our receipt was “123 Upgrade - $16.42.” Perhaps this was unintentional??? But it was not acceptable!! Customer Service apologized and offered a refund the next time we visit. Check those receipts!
