store is screwed up bought 1500 dollares worth of tires they had to order them tires came in had a 5 oclock appointment was here at 440 tires still are not on the truck its after 6 and still waiting, pulled up to the tire bay to have the tires put on they wont even let you in thourgh Pedestrian door you have to walk have way around the building glad its wasnt raining thats ok though i wont buy another tire from these clowns
Was just informed they will not send ads out anymore! How does one know what the sales are?? This going green crap is BS as the less they do the higher the prices get!!!
How sad I was to see a poor momma with her little baby walk in the exit only to be told that she could only go in the entrance. It was cold and rainy. She had to carry her baby back outside and walk around to the front. She asked them to make an exception due to the weather but was told no. I’m sure she wanted to go in the exit because that was closer to her car and it makes leaving easier. You would think Sams Club would just be happy to have her money!
I left there crying because I was rudely told I was going through the wrong door. I normally always use the correct door, but I am in a walking boot. I was with my son and foster daughter. Sam’s doesn’t offer a pick up service like Walmart, so you have to go in the store. This was probably not the best day to be rude to me. 😢
Worst experience I have ever had at a Sam’s Club. I understand the need for a change in the door policy. However the rude employee guarding the door was completely unnecessary.
I bought the musical clocks for $ninety nine a month ago for Christmas gifts. I have my receipt. I went to the Cape Girardeau store with my clocks and receipt and asked if I could get the sale price for the clocks since they are now on sale for $ seventy nine I was told I would have to return those clocks and they had to go back on the shelf and if they were still there tomorrow I could repurchase them for the sale price but there was no guarantee that they would be available for me to repurchase.
