YOU PEOPLE SUCK!!!!!!! I went there on saturday, 5:10 p.m. You people were SUPPOSED to be open until 8:30 p.m. that day. I get to the front door, and there's a cheesy little note taped to the door, says "we're closing at 5 P.M. today". I went to a lot of trouble just to get there! Well guess what? very rude and disrespectful to customers
Some items are a waste of money over price for little size or quantity... example: cereal boxs HEB has them bigger and cheap, 5 dozen large eggs are the size of HEB small eggs...
Went this evening with my 65 yr old parents that both are diabetic, and the store didn't have cart wipes or any hand sanitizer stations anywhere in the store!!!! My parents usually carry their own,but knew that Sams had cart wipes at the door before, so they didn't think twice about it. I would like to think that a store that makes a ton of $$$ could oh ya know have some type of hand sanitation, especially during a PANDEMIC!!!! Very disappointed in you Sams.

Have your employees wear their masks properly over their noses and mouths, especially those employees who work at the doors and are most exposed to customers. I know it is a hassle but it is also what helps keep us from infecting others so the lack of concern today has erased your store from my shopping runs.

why am I even paying for a membership? ( PLUS EVEN!?). When they canceled my club pick up AFTER They took my 500.00! and sold my pool to someone else. no help from customer service, just an " OH WELL" attitude. Now I have two very disappointed kids sweating their butts off and oh yeah... I don't have another 500.00 until they reimburse me! so I can't even go buy another pool if I did find one! Thank you for the most disappointing weekend ever. looks like Costco will be getting my money from now on.
