This Sam's was so hot . We couldn't do our shopping. Couldn't find anything either the set up is confusing .
Sam’s Club management at Addison was very irresponsible yesterday letting too many people enter in the store at the same time. When I got there, I couldn’t find carts anymore, a perfect signing that the store was already crowded, but the man at the door continued let people enter. Not very responsible

I went into Sam's today to pick up my online order. I saw it in a crate pull (I'm not sure what it was called), but no employees were in the online pick up area. I went to the two people at the exit door booth and asked for a cart. The guy brought me back a cart so I went back to the online area to transfer my items to from the big crate pull to the smaller cart.
