So I went there today to pick up a few things I needed only to be told they closed early due to riots. I understand their concern but how about letting people know either by text message or FB post that the store is closing early that day? Not happy that I wasted my time and gas to drive to a store that was already closed.

No Rotisserie chicken, it's the main reason I joined. No Toilet paper for 5 months. No Frozen Hamburger patties. Didn't see any fresh Hamburger. Most of the time, gas is cheaper on Hwy 58. Tell me again why I pay $100. I will never recommend you. This store in Virginia Beach was GREAT 15 years ago.
RecommendedWow! 5 stars to the Sam's club in Norman! My dog food (the only reason I drove into town) didn't make it on the cart of my curbside order. They added it and are making a special trip to go back in and get it for me! That's customer service you don't see the likes of much these days!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
RecommendedCome on people, you charge extra to have a plus membership (you know so we the consumer can get extra benefits -early shopping). Then you open early for seniors Tuesday & Thursday, then you don't. How about you refund all the extra money for the added benefit of Plus membership?
recieving department absolutely sucks never here at posted times always at a half hour late if not more I'd fire every last one of these people if it were my business
