They showed good appreciation to their customers, particularly Joshua. We needed to change one tire. He came and brought new tires from the shop straight to the car. It was really good etiquette.
Went to go buy a battery and scanned the QR code to assistance, got told to go to customer help desk and they would help u with buying a battery, waited 30 minutes for help. And the customer service lady did not help, was rude and said u can’t buy a battery. Waste of time should of gotten a Costco memebership instead at least I know they want to help customers.
I arrived one hour before they close for a flat tire repair they had no cars in service and they told me to come back the next day before 2:00 pm. Why are guys open until 7:00 pm??

I came here Saturday and was told to come back on Monday because they were busy even though there were no cars around for service. I came on Monday at 2:52 PM even though 3:00 PM was the scheduled time. They told us it was "busy" and will take more time, even though there were no cars outside or inside for service.
