Customer service line is a 30 min ordeal. Never had a god experience at this store. All I want is to pick up my photo order.
They won't answer their phone. Been trying for 20 minutes!
WTH!!! I have been trying to call Sam's club for over 3 hours to check on a tire I ordered and no oone ever answers! I call the 800 # and no one can help me this is ridiculous! Yet I still need my tire i paid for!!
Horrible experience this morning. 75" tv shelf gave way and the tv fell on my head. 2 employees came to assist but no one offered an incident report or anything nor did they ask if I was ok. I had to ask a manager and wait 20 minutes to file a report and then they asked me why. The Tv is dented in half and they quickly removed the evidence and fixed the shelf. I on the other hand am hurt. Have a lump on my head and neck and shoulders are killing me. Sam's was quick to get me to buy something but not to help an injured person... read more
This Sam's and it's corporate offices have the worst customer service. They don't follow up like their say they are going to which tells me they don't care about their customers. Ignoring your customers is highly unprofessional and straight out rude.
