Rude and Unprofessional service
in the recieving waiting room...put a heater in that space, especially if a driver isnt allowed to stay in his truck cab while being unloaded.
Went to Sam's to purchase items for store and waited in line to order tobacco items. I requested for 3 items and Sam's were out of all three. Guess what - since I did not make a tobacco purchase, the associate would not ring me up at that register and asked me to go join the regular line. REALLY? I know the rules and I know what the tobacco line is for but sams being out and I have to get in another line is just not cool.
I’ve never had an issue with this store until today. I ordered a birthday cake 1 week ago today to be picked up between 6-630 pm. The deli person was busy so I took it upon myself to look at the racks that had the pick up orders on it. Didn’t see my name. So I waited until she finished with a customer. I gave her my information and of course she didn’t see my order, nor was it in the cooler. She asked me what would I like to do. I am a customer and a Plus member of this Sam’s Club. I have been using the pickup for the convenience but I have been disappointed. I can never park in the club pickup because it is always full of people who just want to park closer but don’t use club pickup. I have small children so it would be nice to not have to take them out of the car to pick up my “club pickup” order!
Sam’s usually always on point. I always leave with a deal I didn’t come for. This time I left without the turkey beacon Sam’s turned me onto. It’s all good I still win.
