As a Child Care Provider, I urge Sam’s Club to recognize we are also essential to the fight against COVID-19! In the State of California, under Governor Newsom’s Executive Order (https://www.gov.ca.gov/…/uplo…/2020/04/4.4.20-EO-N-45-20.pdf) we are voluntarily putting ourselves at risk to remain open to serve the children of our first responders, but I am finding it difficult to get basic supplies to maintain a clean & safe environment for the children in care. Online order pickup is terrible. Bought a game system online 4/29 when it was in stock and scheduled a pickup for 5/1. Since they did not pull the unit the day of the purchase, it was sold. Now, I don’t have my merchandise. Good thing I called first or I would have driven 3-1/2 hours unnecessarily.

Horrible credit card, abusive fees. Store staff cannot help with credit card issues. They pawn the credit card aspect off to a third party bank and claim ignorance if you ask / need assistance.
